Pure Skin Palm Beach is currently hiring Part-Time Welcome Coordinators to join their team.
Position Details
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Flexible scheduling: Multiple individuals will be hired to share the schedule, allowing flexibility around class schedules.
About the Role
As a Welcome Coordinator, you will help create an exceptional patient experience by:
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Assisting with patient check-in
- Helping patients complete electronic consent forms on an iPad
- Serving as a liaison between providers and the front desk team
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness practice while working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other experienced healthcare professionals.
