About OCPBC
Join one of the region’s largest outpatient orthopedic centers working closely with 15 orthopedic surgeons across 4 offices. Each clinic is staffed with 2 DPTs and at least one experienced PTA to provide strong mentorship—an excellent environment for new graduates to launch their careers and for experienced PTAs to grow.

What You’ll Treat
A diverse orthopedic caseload, including:

  • Cervical & lumbar spine (including post-surgical)

  • Sports medicine injuries

  • Post-operative shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees

  • Complex ankle/foot surgeries

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT)

  • Implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients/families

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic team to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Florida

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered mindset

  • Outpatient ortho experience a plus, but not required (new grads encouraged to apply)

Schedule
Full-time; schedule determined by clinic needs (discuss during interview).
