Join a 495-bed Level II Trauma hospital serving a diverse, high-acuity patient population (strokes, generalized weakness, complex medical needs). Our campus includes a 24-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit that is Joint Commission–Accredited for Stroke Rehabilitation—a strong learning environment with interdisciplinary collaboration and mentorship.
Current Openings
Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit – 2 Full-Time Roles

Schedule: Friday–Monday, four 10-hour shifts

Differential: +$4/hr for hours worked Saturday & Sunday

Sign-On: $10,000 with a 2-year commitment
Acute Care Team – 1 Full-Time Role

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend every 8–9 weeks

PRN Opportunities (Acute & Inpatient Rehab)

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under PT supervision

Carry out treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients/families

Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, trauma-capable hospital
Who You Are
-
Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
-
Strong communicator with a team mindset
-
Eager to learn and grow in acute and/or inpatient rehab settings (new grads encouraged)
