Mobile Therapy Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our concierge-style mobile therapy team serving patients in Palm Beach County, with a primary need in the Delray Beach area. This is a great opportunity for PTAs looking for per diem, flexible work in a patient-centered practice.
About the Role
As a PTA with Mobile Therapy Group, you will provide Medicare Part B physical therapy services to patients in their homes and community settings. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalized care and building strong therapeutic relationships with our patients.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist

Provide mobile, in-home therapy services to assigned patients

Accurately document visits in compliance with Medicare Part B guidelines

Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient-centered care
Qualifications

Current and active Florida PTA license (required)

Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Experience with home-based or mobile therapy is a plus
