Matrix Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care to clients in the home setting throughout West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, and surrounding areas. Position Summary
The CNA/HHA will provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, professional, and comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living while maintaining safety, dignity, and respect.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Provide medication reminders, as permitted
Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the care team
Follow the client’s care plan and agency policies
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate communication
Qualifications
Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
Previous home care, home health, private duty, facility, or caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas
Ability to work independently in the home setting
Must be able to complete required onboarding requirements
Background Screening Requirement
All applicants must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida Statute Chapter 435 and AHCA requirements prior to working with clients.

Per diem / PRN opportunities available
