Hope and Healing Therapeutic Services, LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Resident in Counseling to join our team! If you’re working toward licensure in Virginia and want a supportive, growth-focused environment this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups (children, teens, and adults)
- Complete assessments and create treatment plans that truly meet clients where they are
- Keep up with documentation (we’ll support you with systems and expectations!)
- Use evidence-based approaches and bring your authentic clinical style into sessions
- Attend and actively participate in clinical supervision
- Collaborate with a supportive team when needed
Supervision Matters Here
You will receive clinical supervision from a Virginia Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor, with a focus on helping you build confidence, strengthen your skills, and successfully move toward licensure.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Resident in Counseling status in Virginia
- A genuine passion for helping others grow and heal
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Someone who is open to learning, feedback, and professional development
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working with children, teens, or families
- Interest or experience in trauma-informed care
- Familiarity with EHR systems
